The Accelerator

The GHAYYIR Acceleration programme provides enterprises in Lebanon with the necessary skills to scale their social business to contribute to climate change adaptation and reducing pressure on resources through climate mitigation. Our experienced coaches will guide them towards sustainable impact-oriented business models. In a collaborative approach, we align the enterprise’s acceleration objectives with the strategy of the investors and will support them to become investment ready.

The Programme

Sprint February 2022
  • Together we will analyse where your business stands and what it needs
  • With the lessons learnt you will pitch to a Jury of experts that will select 5 enterprises for the Accelerator

 

Module 1: Acceleration Strategy March 2022
  • With the 5 selected enterprises, we will build the an acceleration plan and strategy
  • Develop your green business model both inside and outside the enterprise
  • Learn how to measure and showcase the impact of your enterprise

 

Module 2: Business development April 2022
  • Together we developed a business development project, that the enterprises will implement with the funding
  • You will develop relationships with investors, donors, clients, to help in the implementation of the project

 

Module 3: Investment strategy May 2022
  • We will jointly analyze your financials and develop projections for the growth of your enterprise
  • Based on the projections, we will derive an investment strategy that will enable you to pitch to investors, donors, clients

 

Business development project June 2022
  • With the funding received, you will implement your business development project
